Who We Are
Lissa Treasure has a private therapeutic practice, bringing a wealth of experience and education to her work. Lissa is trained in trauma tools such as Brain Spotting, Feeding Your Demons, Poly Vagal work and somatically based tools for therapy. With a Masters in Clinical Mental Health, teaching degree and 35 years of Vipassana and Vajrayana Buddhist meditation practices, Lissa brings a warmth and groundedness to her work. She believes that anyone, at any time or phase of life, has the innate ability to shift their patterns in a more supportive and positive direction.
Chelsea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in bringing authentic relationship to cultivate healing through collaborative and curious exploration of patterns, beliefs, and experience. She has specialized training in somatic experiencing, safe and sound protocol, brainspotting, perinatal mental health, polyvagal, and gender affirming care. With a background in outdoor leadership, she utilizes an experiential approach that incorporates the transformative connection to the environment that honors the human experience. Outside of work, she is an artist, outdoor enthusiast, avid reader, and biker based in Southern Oregon where she lives with her partner, 2 kids, and dog.
